Before registration
Thermalyzer is intended for registered businesses. Have the full legal business name, business and billing addresses, and the responsible person's contact details ready.
- Use an individual business email address.
- Review the Terms and Privacy Notice versions linked from registration.
- Choose a strong password used only for Thermalyzer.
Create the organization
Open “Create workspace”, enter the required details, and submit the registration. Once provisioning succeeds, the first person is the Owner of the organization workspace.
Members and roles
Open “Members and roles” in Administration. Keep the protected Owner role assigned to at least one active person. Give everyone else only the permissions needed for their work.
- Owners manage the organization and its access model.
- Custom roles combine explicitly granted permissions.
- Organization-wide role changes may end active sessions.
Verify access
Sign in again after setup, verify the organization name and your roles in the profile, then test access with a second appropriately restricted role. Never share credentials.
