Prepare a project pack
Download a project only to a trusted, protected device. The download requires the appropriate permission and an active connection. Then verify that the required scope is available locally.
Capture offline
Thermalyzer shows the connection state and queues local changes. Do not close the application while media is still being processed or written locally.
- Assign new captures to the correct inspection immediately.
- Keep local storage and battery levels in view.
- Avoid editing the same project on multiple devices at once.
Synchronize
Establish a stable connection and start synchronization. Wait until uploads and the change queue are complete. Conflicts need professional review; never overwrite a newer server state without checking it.
Remove local data
Remove the project pack from the device once the visit is complete, everything is synchronized, or access is withdrawn. Signing out alone does not replace deliberately removing local field data.
